Mechanical Design Engineer                                                          

RCI is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with at least 3 years of design experience to join the team in designing specialized agricultural equipment. Candidate must be proficient in 3D modeling and have a general knowledge of drawing standards.

Responsibilities:

- Design equipment in a small team environment
- Provide support to production as issues arise
- Organize BOM’s and related information for complete product lines

Requirements:

- Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering degree required
- MS and/or PE preferred, but not required
- Must be proficient with 3D modeling software
- Knowledge and efficiency in Solidworks preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of general MIG welding practices required
- Ability to create weldment drawings required
- General understanding of agricultural equipment preferred
